A few days ago, I received a 21-inch TCL TV. The user responded to the previous TV when it was good or bad. When the fault occurred, a horizontal bright line. I thought the fault should be a field solder joint, so the user was asked to take it for an hour.
Open the cover and found that the field part has been welded by the front repair, the field block TDA8356, measuring the voltage of each foot, basically normal, tapping the circuit board, interference 1, 2 input foot screen no response. Explain that the fault is still present in the field output section. Careful repair of the soldering field circuit is fruitless. The observation field deflection coils are connected in parallel, the field coil failure rate is inherently low, and the two field coils are less likely to open at the same time. Will it be the field circuit damage caused by the long-term soldering of the field circuit? Can be replaced with a new block or a bright line.
Pull off the deflection and measure it, about 30K. (One of the resistances is infinite, and the other is about 30K). Another experience misleads me. (Master BRICS pats, novices take the ring.)
Looking for a new and old phase shift, color purity, convergence is not satisfactory, followed by the user to talk about 80 oceans for its re-winding. (Look at the time, around a group of about 12 minutes).
After rewinding the coil, the field width is slightly smaller, and there should be no remote control to enter the bus. So I changed R1 (see picture).
